- Set up SQL DB tables for refurbished HNTC website, including Access 2003 front-ends so my supervisor can manage site content without having to learn web design or programming.
- Implemented design templates from The University of Texas Health Center at Tyler for new HNTC site. Ensured adherence with the following standards: UTHCT, W3C, WAI-AAA, and valid XHTML and CSS.
- Developed a registration system that lets RNs, PHNs, and other medical staff from the 13-state Heartland Region apply online for HNTC training courses. Application input is captured in SQL DB tables and emailed to the pertinent trainer. Auto-reply emails are also issued to applicants. Access front-ends to SQL DB tables let trainers manage their course participant records and generate nametags, class rosters, and registration spreadsheets via Word mail merge and Excel links to the DB.
- Work with HNTC staff with I.T. issues when Help Desk in Tyler is unable to assist. Set up audio-visual equipment for HNTC conference calls, webinars, and presentations. Perform routine PC maintenance tasks and inventory.

- Created email accounts for pastor, secretary, webmaster, and music minister. Taught secretary how to create email addresses and group aliases, as well as how to build email spam filters and update web host billing information.
- Used ASP server-side includes (SSIs) for banner header, site menu, TEAMs lists, and Announcements block.
- Used Javascript, CSS, and HTML DIVs to develop the tabbed look-and-feel for the About Us and Ministries pages.

- Used ASP to develop the Sermons page, which lists the audio and PDF outline files. The data source is an Excel spreadsheet so that "non-web" church staff can easily update the Sermons page without having to learn a lot of HTML.
